I wouldn't be surprised if he were claimed by somebody in line before the Bears. But, yeah. If he makes it to them, they should be all over it.

Didn't the Dolphins want him in a trade? I bet they take a stab at him if he makes it past the Colts.

One of those AFC teams hurting at QB will be picking him up. Dumb move by the Broncos. Should've waited.

The Bears seems set on starting Caleb Hanie. He did some nice things in the postseason last year. And some not so nice things.

I would think you would still try to get Orton either way if you're the Bears...Hanie or not.

Matt Moore is playing pretty well.. I don't think they need Orton. Their season is lost either way.

There's only four teams I can think of who would want him. Texans, Bears, Colts maybe and Jags.

Out of those teams I doubt the Colts would want him because of Manning and the possibility of drafting Luck next year.

My reasoning for that is no team wants to lose games. So if they want Orton they will get him to try and improve the rest of the year.

It's obvious the Colts are getting Luck next year. So do I think the Colts will land him, no, but they should.

Maybe I should've said need him at this point and not have said want. Stupid on my part. What do you expect.
