Using the schedule for nationally televised exhibition games, the Dallas Cowboys have become just another .500 team to the networks.

The four rights-holders -- CBS, ESPN , FOX and NBC -- are scheduled to televise a combined 11 exhibition games, if the lockout ends in time. The Cowboys are among 11 teams not on the list.

The 11 games will feature 21 teams. Chicago is the only club that will be on two national telecasts during the exhibition season.

The Cowboys fit the definition of .500 team. In the last 12 years, they are 96-96 in the regular season and 1-5 in the playoffs.

That's right America, sleep on us. Perfect.

Also, less Jerry is always a good thing. It might motivate him to actually improve the roster.

I wish I had a nickel for every time I've heard Dallas might not be America's team any more.

Eh,let's see what the networks think if/when the regular season prime time skeddy comes out.

I bet the Boys are on it on a regular basis.

The Cowboys were 6-10 last year and it was clear after the middle of Oct.they had no shot.
Still the games pulled decent ratings, the Cowboys were in 7 of the top ranked NFL broadcasts, with the Thanksgiving Day game pulling the best numbers of all.

Giants/ Dallas.Washington/Dallas. Philly/Dallas.

All still be on tv. What may not be on is Dallas vs "other teams".

Still, losing that stupid ass moniker would be nice. But, ain't gonna happen. Gangbangers outnumber all of us. It's their colors. That or the raiders.

I've already called Directv and canceled the Sunday Ticket.

If it isn't aired where I live I'll just go to Wild Wings or Hooters.

Plus, I'll be doing a lot of traveling so I'll listen to the game on Sirius.
