According to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter, the NFL will announce plans for a lockout and that means no business can be conducted anywhere for the exception of the NFL Draft.

Of course, this could all change in legal challenges in the next week.

However, the Dallas Cowboys have no plans to layoff any of their employees which would include sales, marketing, player development, human resources, media relations and the such, according Rich Dalrymple, vice president of public relations/communications.

The New York Jets have plans for layoffs within their organazation in case of a lockout.

The players would have no access to Valley Ranch, per terms of the lockout, but several players have goals to working out together away from the facility.

Cowboys' coaches could be paid fully or in partial payments depending on their contracts and that hasn't been determined. The Cowboys hired five assistant coaches in the offseason, not including the head coach.
