Vincent Jackson is one of the biggest players entering the 2011 free-agent market. Although there are many teams who would love to have him, how many will actually be able to afford him? Will the Chargers attempt to keep him? Will they slap a franchise tag on him so he doesn't leave?
There are so many questions to consider in the case of WR Vincent Jackson. Jackson is arguably one of the greatest players in the game right now. Not only is he tall and fast, he also has a propensity for playing the game of football with a physicality that is hard to match.
The Dallas Cowboys are one of the few teams that can afford to pick up Jackson, which makes for a great chance that he will end up in a Cowboy uniform if he does not stay on in San Diego.
Dallas QB Tony Romo has talent, but it has been the big targets that have made him what he is today. lol If the Cowboys don't try to keep bringing the big, physical receivers they are used to bringing in, they are going to have another tough season ahead of them.
With new head coach Jason Garrett, the Cowboys should be in pretty good shape next year. I would go as far as to say that they will make the playoffs, as long as they can stay healthy. Injuries have been a big problem in Dallas, so bringing in some young, fresh talent would also be a good idea. Whatever the "boys" decide to do before next season, it should sure be interesting.
