For decades, NFL Films has chronicled the careers of great coaches and players. But strength and conditioning assistants? They don't usually end up on celluloid. Nevertheless, Steve Sabol, the current master of the football documentary genre, made an exception for Mike Woicik a few years ago.

Here is a link to NFL Films' interesting profile of Woicik, who rejoined the Cowboys on Friday after spending the last 11 seasons in New England. In the video, former Patriots linebacker Tedy Bruschi called Woicik the "greatest strength and conditioning coach this league has ever seen."

Woicik, of course, began his NFL career in Dallas in 1990 and remained with the Cowboys for seven years, helping them win three Super Bowls. One of the players he supervised was current Cowboys coach Jason Garrett, who joined the organization in 1992 as a reserve quarterback.

"Mike...had a big part in why we enjoyed playing with each other," Garrett's former teammate, Troy Aikman, said in the story.
