I've got some serious hate on right now for this franchise.

I am just disappointed and concerned about the changes that are required to correct the problems.

An indicator to me if what is coming around the corner is how they handle Spencer.

If he gets paid, it's not going to change. He should get the carpenter treatment, even though he is clearly a better player.

If they say we are moving on and looking to make big changes I will change my point of view.

Which is the people who just might be at fault are now going to be asked to fix something they caused in the first place.

To me that is not a good situation. That is 5-11 for three years all over again waiting to happen.

The amount of player turnover we need is scary.

Defense has to be rebuilt almost completely, we need to switch tackles, improve the interior of the line, resign mcbriar to a reasonable contract, and ih by the way find a vet qb for a backup.

There is a ton for one offseason. I don't know how you fix all this one year, doesn't seem possible.

Honestly, talent is not this team's downfall. It's character.

We're undisciplined, sloppy and stupid. We give up inches and inches throughout the game and they add up to the difference between winning/losing at the end.

When we've got about 5 false starts/offsides per game, one block in back penalty/game to screw our field position, too many games with ZERO turnovers, giving up 18 yards on 2nd & 20 or flat out giving up 3rd & 10+...it adds up.

We have holes at G, FS, SS, CB, OLB , and more.

Character is a joke on this team .

We haven't had a legit leader since Woodson.

I get sucked in during the games and try to homer out. It's like sex. You're in the heat of the moment, so everything you know kinda goes out the window until you bust a nut/the final gun sounds.

Don't get your hopes up, friends. Jerry's not blowing up this team. He's going to tinker and refine. He'll put a cute catch-phrase package on it, though. "Continuity" to "Romo-friendly", this off-season will be something else.

Ultimately, we'll still have the same undisciplined, sloppy team with a shitty OL, gutless defense that commits penalties galore and doesn't create turnovers.

Wash. Rinse. Repeat.
