The dude whose name I'll never learn has some skinny legs and a cyst on his right shin bone

Add in kellen davis, connor, and a meh safety and it's a respectable group. If goodell didn't curb-stomp us I think we get like Grubbs

Pulled Tyron Smith out of last year's draft -- depends on who we get.

DeCastro would help.

Theyre plan is probably to do what they did last year with Nagy and Arkin, throw darts at the draft board and hope for the best.

And they'll pull two starters out of the draft?

I doubt it.

we dont have a choice. We need at least two starters and two role players from this years draft..or its going to be even more than two years till we are back in the upper level of teams with a chance.

It goes back to the question of, what's the plan with these Cowboys?

Is it win now with the aging vets, or stay somewhat relevant until its time to rebuild?

The Cowboys can't win with the offensive line they currently have. We also needed to address pressure from the front seven.

Im content with the Carr signing, kind of a high price to pay for a pretty good corner, but it's better than paying Newman again this year. Other than that, we've added a backup lineman(when we need a starter), we replaced Fiametta and signed Orton.

Not really the FA I was looking forward to all offseason.

You guys can call that bitching, but the team is probably 5-6 players away from seriously competing for a championship. They picked up 1 of those 5 players so far.

thats fair. I think vickers will be a good addition.

I think its a two year process of two good drafts and two good free agent groups while the younger guys develop.

if we have a good draft we will be competitive. If they miss on the draft and take athletes who might be football players then its a longer process.

Fuck you for posting that profile of Bernadette, cmd.

OL Mackenzy Bernadeau was benched as the team's right guard after five games, but an injury to starting left guard Travelle Wharton three games ago forced him back into action. The Panthers have run the ball better since the move, posting three of their highest rushing totals of the season. "I've played on the left side my whole life, from high school on," he said. "That's where I'm most comfortable. I'm not going to say we actually found something and fixed it, but just somehow everything is coming together now. We're more confident. Guys are playing more physical. It's a group effort. Everyone is pitching in."

At least there's a glimmer of hope as it appears he might be able to play LG.
