Why do they change up so much? The first change was them being called negros, then it was colored, then it changed to black and now it is African Americans. I may have missed a couple, but how in the hell am I supposed to know what to call them if they can't figure it out themselves? Most of these changes have come within the last 50 years. They get offended if someone reverts back to calling them a name that they picked out as non-offensive only a few years before. I live in Mississippi and this gets confusing because the black population is so large. I have got to the point that I just refer to them as black and F*** them if they are offended.

I am offended that they want to be known as African Americans. I don't want to be known as a Irish American, Welsh American or Scottish American. White man is fine with me.

Are they ashamed to be an American? If so, the homeland is waiting.
