SportsDay writer David Moore chatted with readers on Monday and discussed the Dallas Cowboys and the upcoming 2011 draft. Here are some highlights:

If there is a season, will the Cowboys be a 50/50 run-to-pass ratio team? What is your prediction?

When Garrett talks about balance, it's not in terms of 50-50. It's in terms of being able to run 30 to 35 times a game if you need to or throw the ball 40 to 45 times. Over the course of the season, the way this offense is constructed, I'd say it's a 55-45 balance with the majority leaning toward the pass.

Is Mike Jenkins a top-15 NFL corner? Is his poor performance last year exaggerated?

There is no way you can call Jenkins a top 15 corner based on his performance last season. He's been in the league three years now. He struggled as a rookie, which is not unusual, went to the Pro Bowl his second season and took a step back last season. I'm not sure what we can say he is right now other than inconsistent.

Who are the four wide receivers in order of importance?

At this moment it would be Miles Austin, Dez Bryant , Roy Williams and Kevin Ogletree. At the end of next season, you could see Bryant pass Austin.

I've seen a big tend in fans rooting for Mark Ingram. I think it is crazy to want a RB when we had 30 points put on us eight times last season. What do you think about Mark Ingram being the Cowboys first choice?

Green Bay just won a Super Bowl starting a rookie running back that was taken in the sixth round. Ingram is a very good player and one who has drawn comparisons at this stage of his career to Emmitt Smith. I think you can make an argument to take him at No. 9 if you think he will be a true lead back in this league for years to come. But again, I think there will be enough quality linemen on both sides of the ball that will command the Cowboys’ attention at No. 9.
