Minnesota Vikings player: 'We won't lay down like Dallas'
03:37 PM CST on Thursday, November 11, 2010
The idea that the Cowboys have given up on the field isn't a topic only being discussed in Texas.
And Jacksonville quarterback David Garrard isn't the only player questioning the Cowboys effort. Well, sort of. Garrard's the only player to go on record.
A Chicago Sun-Times article on Wednesday contained comments from Minnesota Vikings players voicing their displeasure for head coach Brad Childress on the condition of anonymity.
One of the players said: "We've got too many good football players, and we won't lay down like Dallas.''
Following the Jaguars 35-17 victory over the Cowboys on Oct. 31, Garrard told SI.com "It just looked like they weren't into the game like an NFL team should be.''
