In an interview with MensHealth.com, Miles Austin revealed that he wasn't prepared physically for the 2011 season.
"I feel like last year I wasn’t prepared for the season the way I should’ve been condition-wise," said Austin, who was limited to 10 games due to recurring hamstring injuries. Owner Jerry Jones can't be pleased with Austin's lack of preparation a year ago, but the 27-year-old is already back working with trainers at the team's facility and claims that he is 100-percent healthy. Austin will be a recommended WR2 target in 2012 fantasy leagues.

i can see getting pissed about this at the same time he has had nearly every year the same hamstring issue....so it clearly is some sort of issue with his body in general or the way he prepares every year not just last year....

I think he is going to have a big year this year though. He seems like a guy with alot to prove.

I don't think any player was prepared for the season the way they would liked to have been. It's all Goodell's and the owners' fault.

Last year is done. A healthy Miles wouldn't have made much more of a difference in our win total. I don't think it was his lack of conditioning that caused him to much up that route against the Giants.

Get back healthy for this year, and lets go slay some trolls.

Does a healthy Miles run a better route on that missed fade against the Giants? If so, the Cowboys make the playoffs and the Giants don’t.
