Mickey again saying we are not spending on big name free agents...on the blitz

Just like last week Mickey spent all his time on the blitz whining about how the team doesn't have the money to sign any big name players and will be looking for just a few mid level guys to fill out the roster..

He actually went to the well and said why would they give 50 million to a corner it's own team doesn't want....

Guy is incredibly annoying when he talks like this.

The first 10 minutes was a why Anthony Spencer is awesome and not replaceable segment.

Yeah, about 10-13 years ago I'd read every article of his on DallasCowboys.com. Now, aside from one article I posted of his last week or so ago, I never even bother with the guy.

He's a hard read, for sure.

Wasn't there something that happened to where he wasn't allowed to write about the team anymore a few years ago? I thought he got in trouble at DC.com or something.

I remember way back when I used to get the Dallas Cowboys Weekly. There was no Sunday Ticket back then and I wasnt going to sports bars (and alot of them didnt show all the games anyway, they had to be able to "find" them on the big dish) and the DCW was about as good as it got for Cowboys info, detailed game recaps etc etc. Micky was great then.

Last 6-8-10 yrs hasnt been so good though. He also doesnt get anywhere near the Cowboy inside info he used to get.

Honestly he seems frustrated all the time when I hear him talk.

It seems he must love his salary but doesn't seem to enjoy covering the team as much.

Maybe all the losing is even pissing him off
