I was listening to Colin Cowherd this afternoon and he had on Mike Lombardi.
Lombardi says Cowher will go to one of three teams: Houston, Miami, or New York.
He said New York was the least likely. Coughlin would have to bomb the final two games, and even still, the Giants would take some time in making a decision. The uppers there recognize Coughlin is a good coach.
Miami has potential, and mentioned something about the owner there loving stars, and would want a name coach.
But Lombardi said Houston is the "golden goose" for Cowher. Mentioned them having a QB already, how Cowher would be able to have complete control like Kubiak does now, and how if a that defense could be toughened up a little, the Texans could be right there with the Colts every year.
Take it for what it's worth.
