Number 1 switch to the 4-3 defense. Says we are equipped to have a terrific 43 defense and should.

Number 2 get better at qb, behind romo...need a legitimate player behind him. Need to hire a full time qb guru, like ron Wolfe.

Number 3 improve the secondary..Newman is done, Elam is not good enough and scandrick is not a starter. Need help all over the secondary.

Three things that need to stay the same.

Number 1 Tony romo, had a great year, one of the best qb's in decembe January. The organization has failed to put a good team around him.

Number 2 Jason Garrett. Had growing pains but is doing things the right way.

Number 3 stay young...keep getting young players on the line.....still believes in costa.

Dont know. He likes him. I am pretty sure he is the guy who persuaded the fan base in the summer with his reports on him.

We run a multiple front defense. We get both 4-3 and 3-4 looks in the game. As well as others.

I wouldn't mind switiching to a 43, but I don't that would solve thhe problem. We could still be viable with the 3-4 IF the powers-that-be would take their heads out of their asses, and finally get a true NT, then move Ratliff to DE, bring in another DE like Campbell opposite of him, and get an OLB opposite of Ware, and get a safety to replace both Sensebum and Elam, and a CB to replace Newman, and put Scandrick back at slot, and of course get rid of Campoo and Maxie. All of that would do more than switching to the 4-3.

Exactly. I love the local coverage bc it's biased and plentiful, but Babe gets a little too much credit from some fans as being not retarded, when he's done nothing to prove that's the case.
