HOUSTON -- The Dallas Cowboys lost starting left guard Kyle Kosier to a right knee sprain with 11:41 to play in the fourth quarter of their 27-13 victory over the Houston Texans on Sunday.
Kosier was replaced in the lineup by Montrae Holland.
It's the second time this year Kosier injured his right knee. He suffered a sprained MCL in mid-August and missed the regular-season opener at Washington. He made his season debut last week against Chicago.
Kosier will undergo an MRI exam Monday to determine the extent of his injury. The Cowboys are off next week.
Cornerback Mike Jenkins (bruised knee) and tight end Jason Witten (concussion), who left last week's game with injuries, started and didn't have any issues with their health Sunday.
Jenkins had an interception and Witten led the team in catches with seven for 56 yards.
Rookie wide receiver Dez Bryant, who was limited in practice this week because of sore ribs, also played and had no problems. Bryant had four catches for 50 yards.
