I have a problem. It's a reach. I don't think he's that much better than some of the other centers. Ben Jones and Michael Brewster, specifically.

I'm fine with taking a Guard at 14, because we're very shaky at guard.

I'm more confident in Kowalski at center, than I am at Costa, Arkin, Holland, Nagy, Dockery, etc at guard.

Konz is Infinitely better than Brewster...I don't think there's any question that Konz is significantly better than Jones either..Konz is definitely a top 20 talent...our need at C is much bigger than guard too

I love Konz the player. I'd hate Konz as the 14th pick.

Do what you can to trade down and maybe target him later, or take BPA. Konz would not be it. I think he'll go between 20-25.

Exactly. Lots of guys seem like they'll be there in that late first to mid second round area for us to choose from.

I'm not fine just taking any solid guard at 14. He has to be very special and all indications are that DeCastro is that guy. Thats the only reason I would justify using the 14th pick on him.

Looks like he might have a first round grade, but not a top-20 grade. Yeah, it'd be a problem for me right now.
