Upshaw over Ingram?

Yes. I like Ingram, a lot actually but I'm just sure he is a 3-4 OLB or where he would fit in a 3-4. Upshaw has shown he can cover, play the run, and rush the passer at a high level. Ingram has more speed around the corner but I'm not sure he can cover TE's.

I feel like Upshaw or Ingram would be good choices, but Ingram seems to be the better athlete and the more explosive player, which is why i would take him first. He seems like a do it all type of guy, so im sure with proper coaching he could cover pretty well.
