After hearing the owner Jerry Jones defended the job security of Jason Garrett, veteran linebacker Keith Brooking had this to say when asked if the players still had faith in the Cowboys' coach:

"I can't speak for everyone, but I'm a pretty good judge of our locker room and where my guys are. I feel like we're 100 percent in with Jason. I think he's done everything in his power as a head coach to put us in position to be successful. He inspires the hell out of me.

"I think that Jason's going to be here for a very long time. We've let him down. We've let our coaches down. And we're not making the plays we need to make when we've needed them. That's the bottom line. I don't think that has anything to do with Jason Garrett."

Hmmm...the timing of this is odd after the vote of confidence from Jones...with other teams this is right before we see a firing.

lol That's part of it.

The other is the mental mistakes made by Jason. He needs to improve as well.
