Former Dallas Cowboys head coach Jimmy Johnson has entered the world of social media.
And he's not jumping in lightly.
Johnson (@JimmyJohnson), who in a short period of time is already closing in on 10,000 followers, talks a lot of football (and even some about his hair) on his Twitter page, but he has also taken to coaching as well.
Earlier this week, Johnson tweeted:
"@Dez88 tell Jason I said to throw you the ball!"
@Dez88 is the Cowboys young, star receiver Dez Bryant and "Jason" would be referring to Johnson's former backup QB and current Dallas Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett.
Too bad that Garrett does not have a Twitter account so he could tweet a response.
Bryant is not expected to play in the Cowboys final preseason game Thursday against the Dolphins.
We'll have to wait until next Sunday night against the New York Jets to see if Garrett took Johnson's advice to heart.
