Sounds like Austin might be a no-go again all week, said Fiametta is attending practice which is different than the past two weeks, where he wasnt even out there. Maybe this will end up being good news and he wont be done for the year.

Jenkins is practicing.

Great news about Fiametta. We need him back in there. Starting to lose patience with Austin.

In the chat Broaddus just said this about Fiametta's illness/injury..

I worked for this team for six years and have a lot of great friends but when I ask about Tony, nobody wants to say anything about his illness...I dont know what to tell you other than that...I am sorry.

IRVING -- The Cowboys returned to the practice fields at Valley Ranch on Monday morning and cornerback Mike Jenkins (hamstring), was a participant at the walkthrough practice.

Jenkins has missed the last four games with a hamstring injury and it appears he'll play Sunday at Arizona.

However, wide receiver Miles Austin (hamstring) did not work with the team during the walkthrough and was doing rehab work as he still recovers from his injury.

Austin has missed the last three games because of the hamstring.

There was some good news on the injury front as fullback Tony Fiammetta made an appearance on the practice fields wearing a sweatsuit and a knit cap. Fiammetta hasn't played the last two games with an undisclosed illness.

Fiammetta was in the Cowboys weight room riding a stationary bike, which is a good sign toward his recovery. Fiammetta was getting sick when he was working out and Monday's events could lead to a return in the coming weeks.

Also missing the session were Gerald Sensabaugh (foot), Jon Kitna (back) and Josh Brent(knee).

Felix Jones (ankle), Kyle Kosier (foot) and Mat McBriar (leg) all participated during the walkthrough session held with no helmets.

That's understandable.

An illness is different than a muscle tear, etc.

Especially when it's AIDS like Fiammeta has.

That sounds dreary.

That makes no sense. We'll eventually find out though. Being that he's back watching practice and riding a bike means he's coming back IMO.
