Will apparently miss tomorrows game with an injury, but his two starts have been fairly solid. 7 tackles in each game (14 total) 2 tackles for loss, 1 forced fumble and 2 passes defensed.

Not starting a rue thread, but I do wish we'd have held onto this guy for another offseason. He probably is a better fit at OLB in the 4-3, but thats another reason I wished we'd have kept him. He had some scheme flexibility (like Sean Lee) and if the team wanted to convert to the 4-3, he'd have been a good candidate for the WOLB spot.

Wade should have done more to get this guy on the field somehow. I find it hard to believe that we didnt like him because he didnt understand his pass defenses assignments at nickel ILB, but somehow he can go to an entirely new team in an entirely different scheme, move to OLB (where he actually has more space to cover) and do a solid job.

+1. I've been saying that I think we should go back to the 4-3, long before J. Will left for the Panthers. Have him at WOLB, Lee at MLB, and Spencer at SOLB.
