Thanks for posting, Theebs. Part 1 was kind of boring. Nothing knew I hadn't heard before.

Part 2 had some interesting moments.

Paraphrased recap for those that can't watch:

Babe - You're PC's leave a lot to be desired. At best, they're boring, at worst, they're condescending. Those are two words I wouldn't use to describe you, so can you explain the transformation?

JG - No transformation. Any time you're a leader of an organization, your chief responsibility is to that organization. There are a lot of media people who want to get information which I believe could be a competitive disadvantage for us. If in any way shape or form I feel it is going to negatively impact our team, the coaches on our team, the players on our team, I believe it is my responsibility to protect those people. If that ends up being a boring press conference, so be it.

He then went on to explain how he tries to always be respectful to the person asking the question, et cetera.



Babe - For years there was a belief that the Texans Rangers was an easy place to go and lose. Is there a fear that that mindset could creep in in Dallas because of the lack of success this team has had?

JG - That's not a fear of mine at all. We come to work every day to try and be the best we can individually and collectively to try and maximize our chance of success. Whatever happened here in the past is irrelevant.
