He looks like crap. I think he's been doing some heavy drinking. He looks like he has a massive hangover.

Question about all the hamstring injuries came up:

"We have to evaluate what we're doing in practice and the training room."

Ok I guess I got the tail end of it because its over.

:lol

This is a day after Mickey and Braudus ripped him. He knows his days are numbered.

It's a real shit move for Jerry to order his minions to deflect the heat from him and put it all on Garrett. Jerry is 90% to blame for this mess.

The 10% falls on Garrett to do something with all this talent he has. He doesn't do a thing with it.

Jerry has screwed over every single coach he hired in some way except for Campo and Switzer.

He let Gailey get ripped in the media for several days before he dropped the axe.

We have Tony Romo, Dez Bryant, Jason Witten, Dwayne Harris, Miles Austin, Cole Beasley. Those are some legitimate weapons that he has no clue how to use.

He just stands there on the sidelines with the same blank stare all game long no matter what happens. That goes for stupid penalties and horrible calls from the refs. What is his role exactly? If you were playing for Garrett would you respect him?

It's hard for me to judge Garrett because he has the worst handicap in sports. He is very nice, respectful, etc so he can't really do too much about Jerry's mishandling of the roster.

Garrett does need to go back to the drawing board with his offensive scheme but I think he has some of the tools to be a decent HC. No way in hell should his first crack at it been the Dallas Cowboys. Once he's scapegoated by Jerry (and the moron fan base) he should take an assistant job somewhere for a year or two, and then try to be a mid level D1 head coach somewhere like Mississippi State, California, Colorado, Kansas, VIRGINIA, etc.

What tools are those?

Personally, I like a head coach who can always keep his emotions in check, David Shaw for example does this well. Players are going 100 miles an hour and emotionally are all over the place. The cool, calming presence of the head coach goes a long way on a football team. I think the optimism is good as well it just has to actually mean something. In Dallas, I can't tell if Garrett is just full of it or just hamstrung by Jerry. He definitely talks a good game.

So now he's being scapegoated? Yet Wade, Fat Rob, Ray Sherman, the RB coach, Kiffin, and even his own brother, have all been scapegoated on his behalf.

I want Garrett gone, but I dont think this is true at all.
He's been the OC since what...06? All the talent in the world on offense, and they've never been anything special other than in 07.

The guy doesn't have an ounce of creativity.

Wrong. They have all been scapegoated on Jerry's behalf.

Garrett needs to go no doubt but the true problem remains.

I would hold a press conference and quit now if I was Garrett. There's no way that POS would drag me through the mud like this when it's his fault.

I would have unlimited respect if Garrett bounced on his own terms. Saying something like "Can't win under these circumstances." The Zone would break the internet.
