We got housed 34-7.

Eagles seem to be having their way with the Jets.

Is there something about the Ryan defenses that Andy Reid and his offense are just able to exploit? Or are these two games just a coincidence?

How nervous are you for next week?

The only reason I care about winning next week is being able to end the Eagles' season. Week 17 is all that matters, we beat NY and we are in.

But then explain our offense, which is better than the Jets? Something just doesn't sit right about that game when we played them. It's like as dbair described it: the entire defense played like they had cement boots on. Nobody was moving or they were like in slwo motion.

Well, if the Giants lose to the Jets next week... that week 17 game becomes irrelevant if we can beat the Eagles.

Also, depending on how Detroit fares these remaining games, we might need to beat the Eagles to contend for a WC spot, even if we lose to the Giants week 17.

In a nutshell, no way is next weeks game a non-factor.

Romo has been awesome of late. Brees is the only QB that is playing better than Romo over the last 3 games.

When Romo is playing this way, we'll have a chance against any team. I expect much of what we've seen all year. He'll play MVP-like football and wait and see if his team will do enough to help him improve his December record.

The defense is going to be shitty for sure. We know that.

Our OL has to play better than it did the last time. The Eagles are relentless rushing the passer.

And Ryan has got to coach a better game than last time. His game plan gave us absolutely no shot.

It isn't as important as week 17. We lose next week and we can still clinch the division with a win in week 17. If we lose week 17 but win week 16 we have to hope the Giants either lose to NYJ or Detroit drops their final three games or Atlanta drops their final two games.
