how did I do this??? well its simple
got linux?
apt install those... fortune, cowsay, lolcat
and I chose the eye but can pick any including default cow (without -f eyes).
but here how i do it:
fortune | cowthink -f eyes -W 80| lolcat
or even can type in your quote like this:
echo 'quote or joke' | cowthink -f eyes -W 80| lolcat
cowthink is part of cowsay but make it look like its thinking.
