1. Cleveland Browns: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
The Browns are a disaster. Mike Holmgren probably won't be back next year, so the new regime will look to distance itself from Brandon Weeden, a move made possible because of the new CBA. Weeden looked decent at times against the Ravens, but he's been very inconsistent this year. Perhaps he'll improve as he grows older and matures. In all seriousness, the point is that if the Browns are drafting No. 1 overall, Weeden didn't prove himself to be a capable starter in this league. In that case, the Browns would certainly look to draft a quarterback.
It's Geno Smith over Matt Barkley. Smith has had an unbelievable season, as he's coming off a game in which he threw more touchdowns (8) than incompletions (6). Pretty sick. Barkley, meanwhile, has struggled a bit and is now the No. 2 quarterback in the 2013 NFL Draft.
2. Indianapolis Colts: Jarvis Jones, DE/OLB, Georgia
The Colts did a great job of finding a worthy supporting cast around Andrew Luck. They'll have to use the 2013 NFL Draft to improve their defense. That includes finding help at the rush linebacker position.
I'm not sure why the Colts retained both Dwight Freeney and Robert Mathis when they're in rebuilding mode, but they'll need to find someone next spring who can step in and start once either of them moves on (which very easily could be next year).
It's a close race for who's the No. 1 pass-rusher in the 2013 NFL Draft, but Jarvis Jones and his 4.5 sacks has the edge over Barkevious Mingo right now.
3. Jacksonville Jaguars: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
Blaine Gabbert appears to be a sunk cost. He's scared to take hits, he has no pocket awareness, and he stares down his receivers. He's been awful these past three weeks, and if he continues to play this poorly, the Jaguars will have to use a first-round pick on a quarterback so they can actually be competitive with the Texans.
If Gene Smith is fired, this pick will almost definitely be used on a signal-caller. If not, Smith would likely go with Star Lotulelei or Johnathan Hankins. I'm going to assume Smith is axed in this scenario, as the new owner will probably want to bring in his own guys.
4. New York Jets: Barkevious Mingo, DE/OLB, LSU
All Jet fans want a quarterback right now, but unless the front office is fired, it'll probably stick with Mark Sanchez and/or Tim Tebow for one more season rather than starting over. They'll blame it on Sanchez not having weapons.
Well, this isn't exactly a weapon for Sanchez, but New York has to take the best player available this early. The Jets' inability to get to the quarterback needs to be fixed. Aaron Maybin has done nothing thus far in 2012 after finishing on a strong note last year.
5. Oakland Raiders: Johnathan Hankins, NT, Ohio State
Tommy Kelly is a bum who doesn't care about winning, as evidenced when he laughed after prolonging a San Diego drive with a pair of offside penalties. He's played so sluggishly this year, so there's no chance he's going to see a penny of his $6.5 million salary in 2013. He's as good as gone, and if I were Dennis Allen, I'd cut him ASAP.
It's a tough choice between Johnathan Hankins and Star Lotulelei. Hankins had a monstrous performance against California and might be inches ahead of the Utah prospect.
6. Tennessee Titans: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
Tennessee definitely has bigger needs than a defensive end, but the NFL Draft is all about taking the best players available who makes sense, especially this early in the process.
The Titans have zero depth behind Derrick Morgan and Kamerion Wimbley, who aren't even getting to the quarterback consistently, so the Titans will consider a defensive end in this scenario. Bjoern Werner is having a monstrous 2012 campaign and has jumped in front of Sam Montgomery on my big board.
7. Kansas City Chiefs: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
It's pretty evident that the Chiefs will need to admit they were wrong and move on from Matt Cassel. He's just too limited to command a winning team in today's pass-happy NFL. And the fans know it too because they won't stop booing him. Maybe if he didn't turn it over on every other possession...
Kansas City has to take a quarterback; in fact, the front office may have to trade up to acquire one.
8. Miami Dolphins: Keenan Allen, WR, California
I'm not sure if Brian Hartline qualifies as a No. 1 receiver just yet. I can't really explain the whole thing myself, but he appears to be a starting-caliber wideout. The Dolphins, however, need another one for Ryan Tannehill, who needs a better second option than Davone Bess.
9. New Orleans Saints: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Saints are getting zero pressure on the quarterback. Cameron Jordan is good against the run, but he's been a bust as a pass-rusher thus far. Will Smith, meanwhile, looks like a shell of his former self. He's due $10 million in 2013, so he obviously won't be back.
10. Carolina Panthers: Star Lotulelei, NT, Utah
I was told by a reliable source not to mock Fletcher Cox to the Panthers by a reliable source because they were satisfied with their current group of defensive tackles. Based on what happened with Andre Brown last Thursday night, I highly doubt they'll feel the same way in April. Besides, Star Lotulelei is the best player available. He's a steal at No. 10.
11. St. Louis Rams: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
The Rams missed out on Justin Blackmon a few months ago. As the Jaguars traded ahead of them, Jeff Fisher reportedly slammed his glasses on the table. He went on to draft Brian Quick and Chris Givens, but neither has shown any signs of become a starting receiver in the NFL. Quick hasn't even been active in most games. Justin Hunter obviously has a much better chance of becoming a legitimate No. 1 target for Sam Bradford.
12. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: DeMarcus Milliner, CB, Alabama
The Buccaneers decided they didn't like Morris Claiborne very much, so they traded out of the No. 5 spot in the 2012 NFL Draft and selected Mark Barron two picks later. They really need cornerback help, as you may know from Eli Manning's 510-yard performance, so they'll almost have to remedy that need at this juncture.
13. Buffalo Bills: Tyler Bray, QB, Tennessee
Tyler Bray would be better served going back to school for another year, but as we've seen this summer, he doesn't make the best decisions in the world.
I think the Bills will have to talk themselves into making this pick. It's pretty apparent now that Ryan Fitzpatrick is way too limited to win consistently in the NFL - SMH at Buffalo's front office for not recognizing this sooner - so if the team wants to move forward and contend with New England on a yearly basis, it'll have to find a franchise quarterback.
I will not dispute that this is way too early for Bray, but we've seen teams reach for quarterbacks recently (Blaine Gabbert went No. 10 overall for crying out loud). Buffalo needs a franchise signal-caller.
14. Detroit Lions: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The Lions take the best player available, and that, by my estimation, would be Johnthan Banks. It's no secret that Detroit has major holes in its secondary. The Lions spent an early pick on Bullet Bill Bentley has been a bit of a disappointment thus far. It's still early though, so maybe he can improve as the season goes along.
15. Dallas Cowboys: Johnathan Jenkins, NT, Georgia
The Cowboys had the option of picking J.J. Watt at No. 9 overall in the 2011 NFL Draft. They went with Tyron Smith, who was great in his rookie campaign, but they were hurting at the defensive end position as a consequence. In this scenario, they'd be able to move Jay Ratliff outside. It's something they were thinking about when they were seriously considering taking Dontari Poe in April.
16. St. Louis Rams: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
Jason Smith was benched in favor of Barry Richardson and subsequently traded for turnstile Wayne Hunter, so Jeff Fisher will probably search for a tackle next spring. Fisher played against the Texans twice per year when he was with Tennessee, and he watched Houston completely ruin David Carr's career by not building a competent offensive line around him. He won't want to make the same mistake with Sam Bradford.
17. Cincinnati Bengals: Eric Reid, S, LSU
The Bengals had a big need at safety, but they didn't address the position until the fifth round this past April. They'll put more effort into finding an upgrade the following offseason because they won't survive with Reggie Nelson and the recently benched Taylor Mays as their starters.
18. Minnesota Vikings: Kawann Short, DT, Purdue
The Vikings can address one of their biggest needs with arguably the best player available. Defensive tackle is a big issue right now; Kevin Williams will turn 33 in August, and there's no one of note playing next to him.
Kawann Short has been dominant this season (four sacks in four games) and will continue to climb big boards as long as he keeps it up.
19. Seattle Seahawks: Robert Woods, WR, USC
The Seahawks' receiving corps really needs to be upgraded. Sidney Rice is constantly laboring through injuries and can't get any sort of separation. Braylon Edwards is done, and Golden Tate? Meh, maybe if he can pull of the Touchception every week...
20. Chicago Bears: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
Brian Urlacher's successor. Urlacher will be a 35-year-old free agent this upcoming offseason and he's struggled this year. His declining play is probably the result of his knee injury, but will Chicago re-sign him if it fears his body is breaking down? Even if the front office does retain him, Manti Te'o, who recently had a terrific showing versus Michigan State, can play strongside linebacker and slide into the middle once Urlacher moves on.
21. Denver Broncos: Marcus Lattimore, RB, South Carolina
John Fox knows a thing or two about drafting running backs in the first round. He'll need to find a new runner soon because Willis McGahee won't be able to hold up much longer, while Ronnie Hillman hasn't shown that he can be anything more than just a third-down specialist.
22. San Diego Chargers: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
Both Quentin Jammer and Antoine Cason will be free agents following this season. The Chargers will have to find some reinforcements at cornerback if they lose either defender.
23. Philadelphia Eagles: David Amerson, CB, N.C. State
Brandon Boykin was a nice pick in the fourth round, but he won't be enough if Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie leaves via free agency, as Philadelphia wants three high-level cornerbacks. As crazy as it sounds, there's also a chance that Nnamdi Asomugha will be cut. Asomugha, 32 in July, will be due a whopping $15 million in 2013. He'll need to take a pay cut to remain with the Eagles.
24. Arizona Cardinals: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
This is a pretty obvious selection. The Cardinals have pressing offensive line issues that they'll absolutely need to resolve next spring. If they want to keep Kevin Kolb at quarterback, they'll need to protect him because he's so brittle.
25. Pittsburgh Steelers: Jackson Jeffcoat, DE/OLB, Texas
James Harrison may not be back next year. He'll be due $6.6 million as a 35-year-old who can't even get onto the field right now. The Steelers may spend an early pick on a rush linebacker, and Jackson Jeffcoat happens to be one of the top players available.
26. Green Bay Packers: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
Jermichael Finley will be due close to $8 million in 2013, and Packer fans could be happier about that because Finley is one of the most overrated players in the NFL. He's terribly inconsistent and doesn't appear as though he'll ever live up to expectations.
27. San Francisco 49ers: Corey Lemonier, DE/OLB, Auburn
The 49ers have a fantastic defense, but they have a serious lack of depth at rush linebacker. With so few needs, they can afford to take the best player available to address that problem.
28. Baltimore Ravens: Chance Warmack, G, Alabama
Ozzie Newsome always seems to find value on Draft Day, and that's exactly what he gets here in Chance Warmack, who could easily go around the 20th pick. He's an outstanding guard prospect and would project to be a very worthy replacement for Ben Grubbs.
29. New England Patriots: Barrett Jones, G/C/OT, Alabama
Bill Belichick loves versatile offensive linemen. Barrett Jones can play four positions up front, including center and guard. This is key because the Patriots need to do something about the interior of their offensive front. Tom Brady is getting killed because of poor blocking.
30. New York Giants: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
The Giants have issues in the middle of their defense. The safety position is a problem, as is inside linebacker. Chase Blackburn shouldn't be starting, while Keith Rivers, a free agent in March, can never get healthy.
31. Atlanta Falcons: Alex Okafor, DE, Texas
John Abraham was re-signed to a team-friendly deal this offseason, which means the Falcons can cut him if he regresses. Ray Edwards, meanwhile, has been a huge disappointment. Defensive end will be a possibility early in the 2013 NFL Draft.
32. Houston Texans: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
The Texans were interested in bringing in a right tackle early in the 2012 NFL Draft, but they never got the chance. Well, here's their opportunity. The position will have to be addressed if the currently injured Rashad Butler can't properly fill in for Eric Winston.
33. Miami Dolphins: Jonathan Cooper, G, North Carolina
The Dolphins need to fix the right side of their offensive line so Ryan Tannehill has more time in the pocket to overthrow his receivers downfield. John Jerry should be upgraded.
34. Jacksonville Jaguars: Brennan Williams, OT, North Carolina
Right tackle Cameron Bradfield has not played well in limited action this year. The Jaguars will want to protect their new quarterback.
35. New York Jets: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
The Jets are using Tim Tebow at receiver. Tim Tebow! No further explanation needed. The Jets absolutely have to upgrade one of the worst receiving corps in football.
36. Cincinnati Bengals: Carrington Byndom, CB, Texas
Nate Clements will be a free agent after this season, while Terence Newman won't be around much longer. The Bengals will need a more permanent solution to go along with Leon Hall and Dre Kirkpatrick.
37. Tennessee Titans: Dallas Thomas, OT/G, Tennessee
Will the Titans finally upgrade the interior of their offensive line, or are they content with Chris Johnson gaining just 3.2 yards per carry?
38. Kansas City Chiefs: Sean Porter, DE/OLB, Texas A&M
The Chiefs don't have much depth behind Tamba Hali and Justin Houston - as they discovered in the Week 1 loss to Atlanta - so they could spend an early 2013 NFL Draft pick on a rush linebacker.
39. Miami Dolphins: Jordan Poyer, CB, Oregon State
The Dolphins have an extra second-day pick because they dealt Vontae Davis to the Colts, so they should probably use one of them on a replacement. Richard Marshall is not playing well.
40. Carolina Panthers: T.J. McDonald, S, USC
I think we can all confirm that the real Hiro Nakamura can't stop time. Otherwise, he wouldn't have made so many terrible plays against the Falcons. The Panthers desperately need safety help, and T.J. McDonald is a steal at this juncture.
41. St. Louis Rams: Michael Buchanan, DE, Illinois
Jeff Fisher loves having defensive line depth, but his team is currently lacking that right now. Robert Quinn's play also needs to improve.
42. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jesse Williams, NT, Alabama
Gerald McCoy is having a fantastic season, but the Buccaneers need help next to him after dismissing Brian Price prior to the beginning of the season.
43. Buffalo Bills: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
The Bills drafted a quarterback in the first round, so they'll need to find a weapon for him. Steve Johnson is currently the only downfield play-maker on Buffalo's roster.
44. Detroit Lions: Kenny Vaccaro, S, Texas
More help for Detroit's beleaguered secondary. Amari Spievey desperately needs to be upgraded, while Louis Delmas can't seem to stay healthy.
45. Dallas Cowboys: Tony Jefferson, S, Oklahoma
The Cowboys traded up for a cornerback in the 2012 NFL Draft, but they still need help in the secondary because their safety play is atrocious. Barry Church really needs to be upgraded.
46. Washington Redskins: C.J. Mosley, ILB, Alabama
It depends on whether or not Keenan Robinson shows anything as a rookie - he hasn't played thus far - but the Redskins will really be hurting for depth if London Fletcher decides to walk away after this season. Fletcher is still playing relatively well, but he's taken a minor step backward this season.
47. Cincinnati Bengals: William Gholston, DE, Michigan State
The Bengals have just two players who can consistently get to the quarterback: Geno Atkins and Carlos Dunlap (though Michael Johnson recently had a monstrous game). They'll have to add someone across from Dunlap, especially considering that both Johnson and Robert Geathers will be free agents in March.
48. Minnesota Vikings: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
The Vikings have to add more talent to complement Christian Ponder. They need an upgrade across from Percy Harvin, as Jerome Simpson is way too inconsistent to be a No. 2 receiver.
49. Seattle Seahawks: D.J. Fluker, OT, Alabama
The Seahawks have seemed to give up on former first-round pick James Carpenter as a right tackle, as they've announced that they want him as their starting left guard when he returns from injury. This means that they'll have to address their big hole at right tackle.
50. Chicago Bears: Travis Frederick, G/C, Wisconsin
The Bears obviously need to find multiple upgrades for their struggling offensive line. They obviously won't mind taking a lineman out of Wisconsin.
51. Denver Broncos: Shayne Skov, ILB, Stanford
Nate Irving, chosen in the third round of the 2011 NFL Draft, has been a disappointment thus far because he hasn't been able to pass the mediocre Joe Mays at middle linebacker. D.J. Williams, meanwhile, will be due $6 million in a walk year.
52. San Diego Chargers: Wes Horton, DE/OLB, USC
The Chargers just spent an early pick on a rush linebacker (Melvin Ingram), so why would they do that again? Well, Shaun Phillips will be a 32-year-old free agent next March, so San Diego will need a complement for Ingram.
53. Philadelphia Eagles: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
Demetress Bell is confirmed as a bust signing. He couldn't even beat out King Dunlap for the starting left tackle gig. If Jason Peters isn't making good progress coming off his Achilles, the Eagles might be desperate for a tackle next spring.
54. Arizona Cardinals: E.J. Manuel, QB, Florida State
The Cardinals have to take a shot on a quarterback early in the 2013 NFL Draft, just in case this whole Kevin Kolb thing is a mirage.
55. Pittsburgh Steelers: Marquess Wilson, WR, Washington State
If the Steelers can't re-sign Mike Wallace to a long-term deal, they'll be searching for a receiver early in the 2013 NFL Draft.
56. Green Bay Packers: Kenny Stills, WR, Oklahoma
Greg Jennings will be a free agent in March. He's proven to be unreliable in terms of staying healthy, so the Packers may choose not to re-sign him. If so, they may target a receiver early in the 2013 NFL Draft.
57. San Francisco 49ers: Khaled Holmes, C, USC
The 49ers could use some help on the offensive line. Khaled Holmes could eventually take over for Jonathan Goodwin, who will be 34 in December.
58. Baltimore Ravens: Gerald Hodges, LB, Penn State
The Ravens wanted Dont'a Hightower, but the Patriots moved ahead of them and stole him. Maybe Ozzie Newsome will find his successor for Ray Lewis next April.
59. New England Patriots: Robert Lester, S, Alabama
Steve Gregory has predictably been a bust signing thus far. Patrick Chung, meanwhile, will be a free agent this offseason, so if he walks, the Patriots will have a dire need at safety next to Tavon Wilson.
60. New York Giants: James Gayle, DE, Virginia Tech
I imagine that Jerry Reese was crying in his sleep all offseason because he didn't get to add a pass-rusher in the 2012 NFL Draft. I'm sure he'll make amends next April.
61. Atlanta Falcons: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
More help for the Falcons' defensive line. Peria Jerry just can't seem to live up to his potential because of his knee problems.
62. Houston Texans: Margus Hunt, DE/DT, SMU
The Texans, with very few needs, can afford to take the best player available. Antonio Smith will be a free agent following the 2013 season, so Houston will need someone to step in starting in 2014.
63. Cleveland Browns: Larry Warford, G, Kentucky
The Browns took Matt Barkley with their first pick, so they'll need to find some help for their new franchise signal-caller. Some interior offensive line upgrades are needed.
64. Indianapolis Colts: Ricky Wagner, OT, Wisconsin
Winston Justice has actually played surprisingly well this year at right tackle, but can that continue over 16 games? I'm not so sure. If not, the Colts will need to improve Andrew Luck's pass protection.
65. Jacksonville Jaguars: Jonathan Brown, OLB, Illinois
Daryl Smith is one of the most underrated players in the NFL, but he'll be a free agent in March. The Jaguars will need to bring in someone to replace him if he leaves.
66. New York Jets: Mike Glennon, QB, N.C. State
If the Jets don't go with a quarterback in the first round, they almost have to take a chance with one on Day 2 - unless, of course, Tim Tebow steps in and saves the day like he did for the Broncos last year.
67. Oakland Raiders: John Simon, DE, Ohio State
The Raiders really miss Kamerion Wimbley, as Matt Shaughnessy struggles to put any pressure on quarterbacks - even when he's battling undrafted rookie free agent left tackles.
68. Tennessee Titans: Desmond Trufant, CB, Washington
The Titans were interested in drafting a highly ranked cornerback at No. 20 a few months ago, but neither Stephon Gilmore nor Dre Kirkpatrick fell to them. Maybe they'll have more luck in the 2013 NFL Draft. Alterraun Verner will be entering his contract year in 2013, so Tennessee will need a new starter if it can't retain him.
69. Kansas City Chiefs: Sylvester Williams, DE/DT, North Carolina
Glenn Dorsey will be a free agent in March, so it appears as though his disappointing tenure in Kansas City is coming to an end.
70. Miami Dolphins: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
The Dolphins have three key free agents in March: Jake Long, Randy Starks and Sean Smith. Long will almost certainly be back, meaning either Starks or Smith will probably hit the road. If it's Starks, Miami will have to use an early selection on a defensive tackle.
71. New Orleans Saints: Oday Aboushi, OT, Virginia
There are many reasons why the Saints are struggling offensively, one of which is the poor play of the offensive tackles. Jermon Bushrod also happens to be a free agent.
72. San Francisco 49ers: Shawn Williams, S, Georgia
Dashon Goldson was slapped with a franchise tag this prior offseason. The 49ers will need a replacement if they can't sign him to a long-term deal.
73. St. Louis Rams: Joseph Fauria, TE, UCLA
Lance Kendricks had an issue with drops as a rookie. He may resolve that in 2012, but if he doesn't, the Rams could be looking for a new tight end. Remember, this regime has no allegiance to Kendricks.
74. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Arthur Brown, LB, Kansas State
The Buccaneers look like they have a keeper in Lavonte David, who has played very well as a rookie. Second-year Mason Foster is also solid. However, that's all Tampa has at linebacker. An upgrade is needed over Quincy Black.
75. Buffalo Bills: Tank Carradine, DE, Florida State
The Bills need an upgrade over bust signing Mario Williams. Too soon? Meh, maybe not. Both Williams and Mark Anderson have been huge busts thus far.
76. Detroit Lions: Graham Pocic, C/G, Illinois
Graham Pocic can play multiple positions on the offensive line, including center. Detroit's current center, the declining Dominic Raiola, will be due $4.05 million in a 2013 walk year.
77. Dallas Cowboys: Chase Thomas, DE/OLB, Stanford
Anthony Spencer will be a free agent in March. I don't envision the Cowboys giving him the long-term deal he covets because he's way too inconsistent, so they'll have to find a new pass-rusher across from DeMarcus Ware.
78. Washington Redskins: Bacarri Rambo, S, Georgia
The Redskins absolutely need to do something about the safety position. Sam Bradford was able to look like a Pro Bowler against them.
79. Cincinnati Bengals: Andre Ellington, RB, Clemson
BenJarvus Green-Ellis is starting to fumble, which is terrible news for him because ball security was his only positive trait.
80. Minnesota Vikings: Michael Mauti, ILB, Penn State
The Vikings can do a lot better than Jasper Brinkley at middle linebacker. He's a pretty big liability on their defense.
81. Seattle Seahawks: Kevin Reddick, LB, North Carolina
Another second-day linebacker for Seattle. The Seahawks re-signed Leroy Hill this offseason, but that was only for a year. They may find someone else if they can't bring him back again.
82. Miami Dolphins: Datone Jones, DE, UCLA
Jared Odrick stops the run very well, but he can't get to the quarterback. Rookie Olivier Vernon hasn't shown any flashes yet, so the Dolphins may spend a mid-round selection on a defensive end.
83. Denver Broncos: Aaron Dobson, WR, Marshall
The Broncos have an overrated receiving corps. Eric Decker produces in fantasy, but he drops way too many passes.
84. San Diego Chargers: Da'Rick Rogers, WR, Tennessee Tech
The Chargers lost Vincent Jackson. They managed to re-sign Malcom Floyd, but it's obvious now to everyone that Robert Meachem was a waste of money. A receiver is definitely needed.
85. Philadelphia Eagles: Jelani Jenkins, OLB, Florida
What happened to Brian Rolle? He played well as a rookie last year, but he was recently demoted and then waived. The Eagles need a third linebacker to go along with DeMeco Ryans and Mychal Kendricks.
86. Arizona Cardinals: Trevardo Williams, DE/OLB, Connecticut
The Cardinals aren't getting much of a pass rush from their linebackers. Sam Acho has been OK, but O'Brien Schofield is a complete non-factor.
87. Pittsburgh Steelers: Stepfan Taylor, RB, Stanford
The Steelers will have to make a tough decision on Rashard Mendenhall, who will be a free agent next spring. They'll probably opt to go in a different direction at running back because Mendenhall has not proven that he can stay healthy.
88. Green Bay Packers: Knile Davis, RB, Arkansas
James Starks has yet to prove that he can stay healthy, while Alex Green is coming off an ACL tear. Cedric Benson is obviously not a long-term answer, so the Packers may address the running back position early in the 2013 NFL Draft.
89. San Francisco 49ers: Johnny Adams, CB, Michigan State
Teams are always looking for cornerback depth, especially if they have extra picks.
90. Baltimore Ravens: Marcus Davis, WR, Virginia Tech
The Ravens don't have the greatest depth at receiver, so they may use a mid-round selection to fix that.
91. New England Patriots: Stedman Bailey, WR, West Virginia
With Deion Branch on and off the team and Wes Welker seemingly on his way out, the Patriots suddenly have to find some new receivers for Tom Brady.
92. New York Giants: Alex Hurst, OT, LSU
The Giants really need to bolster their offensive line now that Eli Manning has entered the second half of his career. They don't want him to suffer the same fate as his brother.
93. Atlanta Falcons: Omoregie Uzzi, G, Georgia Tech
Peter Konz will eventually move to center and replace Todd McClure, but the Falcons will still need an upgrade at right guard.
94. Houston Texans: Duke Williams, S, Nevada
Glover Quin is a free agent this upcoming offseason. It'll be difficult to retain him with Connor Barwin also hitting the market.
