Great news on Lee, but not having Jenkins for Buffalo is going to make that a really tough one. Their WR corp is playing really extremely well. I think if McBriar has a nerve problem he might be done for the year. Another big loss.

Jenkins out a couple weeks; Lee will play with cast

It was a good-news, bad-news day on the injury front for the Cowboys. Cornerback Mike Jenkins likely will miss a couple of weeks with a hamstring injury, while linebacker Sean Lee will play with a cast on his injured left wrist, according to a source.

Jenkins missed time in training camp with a stinger and then injured his shoulder in the season opener. But he hasn't missed any games.

Punter Mat McBriar said Sunday he would see a specialist for the nerve problem in his left foot and ankle.

Awesome news. We can get by without Jenkins, eventhough he's had a nice bounce back year so far.

Now saying Jenkins likely out all of November.

It's okay we have drafted three cornerbacks in the middle rounds(two in the 4th round, one in the 5th round) the last three years so we have plenty of depth.

Oh wait....

We actually do have decent depth.

Newman and Scandrick are solid. Walker and ~gulp~ Ball have been playing well as reserves.

Our 5 CB's are pretty decent. Jenkins is definitely the best so losing him hurts, but Newman has played very well, Scandrick should be fine, Ball has been decent and even Frank Walker has performed decently.

I suspect alot of teams would like to have our situation at CB right now.

It's time for Scandrick and Walker to step up.

I don't want Ball starting. His true suck will come out.
