But seriously, he provides no advantage to us. Players aren't disciplined or look prepared most game days.

In the NFL, coaching and good quarterback play is all you really need to compete at a high level. Even with injuries. See the injuries the Packers, Patriots, and other teams have had in recent years and still had success.

We've had an elite QB since 2006. Garrett took over a talented team and has been here since 2007.

It doesn't take years and years to "build something"

Also, the notion that something is being built is comical. We've had major philosophical/scheme changes lately. We've purged a lot of cornerstone vets. And we'll be starting over with a new QB in what, 2-3 years?

Dave Campo is a better head coach. He squeezed 5 wins a year out of complete shit for rosters. You think he couldn't win at the rate Garrett is with what Garrett has had to work with?

Garrett took over a really good team. The team had quit on Wade, everyone knew Wade was only warming that spot for Garrett. The players knew too. When it was apparent that Wade wasn't the coach to get the team over the hump, the players fired Wade in favor of Garrett.
