Says here Carimi and Akumura are NOT coming for visits:

Cowboys to host prospects for pre-draft visits
Posted Monday, Apr. 04, 2011

The Dallas Cowboys will host about 30 national prospects for pre-draft visits today and Wednesday at the team's Valley Ranch training headquarters.

The list includes potential first-rounder like tackle Tyron Smith of USC, Boston College tackle Anthony Castonzo, Colorado tackle Nate Solder, Florida center Mike Pouncey, Mississippi State tackle Derek Sherrod, and prospects such as Louisville running back Bilal Powell, Lehigh tackle Will Barkley, Abilene Christian receiver Edmund Gates and Hillsdale College receiver Andre Holmes.

According to a source, Wisconsin tackle Gabe Carimi is not expected to visit. Also not coming is Nebraska cornerback Prince Amukamara, which gives credence to the trending projections of the Cowboys taking an offensive lineman with the ninth overall pick.

The Cowboys will host their annual "Dallas Day" workouts on Friday for players who went to college or high school in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

You never really know what to make of these visit lists. We draft people who we don't bring in fairly regularly.

I do think it's interesting that we're brining in several tackles, not not Carimi. It could be because Garrett has an in with the coaching staff at Wisconsin, and they might know all they need to know about the kid.

I don't make anything out of the visits either.

Teams will meet with several players just to get to know them and how their personalities are.

It doesn't mean they will draft them.
