Gerry Fraley, writer for The Dallas Morning News and SportsDayDFW.com, answered your Cowboys and Rangers questions in a chat Tuesday. Here are some highlights from the chat:
On if everyone quit last night after Tony Romo got hurt because Romo is the team's leader ...
Fraley: More of a case that he plays the most important position. I'd never call Romo a leader. He's too self-absorbed.
More on Romo being self-absorbed ...
Fraley: He's a little too concerned, for me, about image and letting people know that he is familiar with Tiger Woods.
On if the Cowboys should sign another quarterback ...
Fraley: They should. With all due respect to Jon Kitna, old players get hurt.
On if the Cowboys should give Stephen McGee a shot over Jon Kitna ...
Fraley: Cowboys should do that immediately. Find out of McGee can play. Cowboys won't do that because Jerry thinks there is still hope for the season.
