The last time I covered the Senior Bowl in 2009, the Cowboys were without a first-round draft pick (via the Roy Williams trade) and ultimately didn't select until the third round (Jason Williams).
This year, there's more reason to watch the elite prospects here in Mobile, Ala. The Cowboys are picking ninth overall and could go in several directions, with offensive line, defensive line and safety generally speculated as the target positions.
As Nick mentioned, Texas A&M DE/OLB Von Miller is a top-10 prospect, though he might be an inside linebacker in a 3-4. Colorado offensive tackle Nate Solder, Purdue defensive end Ryan Kerrigan and Iowa defensive end Christian Ballard are among several first-round prospects scheduled to be here this week.
The North and South teams practice twice today and then once daily through Friday leading up to the Saturday game. The Bills and Bengals staffs will coach the two teams, but every NFL team will be here scouting.
One other note: although Jason Garrett's staff seems mostly in place, it's not finalized yet, and this is a big networking week for coaches on job hunts.
