Fire Wade Phillips

Once upon a time, I supported Parcells. Once it became clear he wasn't getting through to the team, and was getting out coached on game day, I wanted him gone.

Well . . . the same applies for Wade Phillips, as it would for any coach. I'm loyal to the team, not to a coach.

Wade is not getting through to the team. He is getting out coached on gamedays. He's not getting enough pressure on the QB, his defense isn't creating turnovers. And we can't stop teams when it matters most.

The team makes too many stupid mistakes. Too many penalties. Too many blown coverages/blocks/assignments.

Fire him.

Let Jason Garrett take over for the rest of the year. If he can save the season, give him an extension. If not, look outside the organization.

Promote either Paul Pasqualoni or Reggie Herring to defensive coordinator.

Enough. Is. Enough.

We're too talented not to win. And we're not winning because of the atmosphere we have around the team.

Couldnt agree more. Wade has this team in a tailspin. I was hoping for a press conference today. I guess at the very least it's going to take another beat down at the hands of the Vikings, maybe not even then.

I expect to read some quote from Jerry anytime now that Wade is the coach of this team going forward.

This is a very sloppy, uninspired team. Phillips was a great coordinator but he's a terrible head coach and he always has been.

If people continue to buy tickets to watch this shit I feel sorry for them because it's a big waste of time and money.

Sherman finishes out the season as an OC/WR coach and De Camillis will help with HC. Hell, I bet the LB's coach can continue in the suckass fashion as the current DC is doing. Maybe he can get more out of the players.

And hopefully EGO boy Jerry will finally somehow someday will find a GM and he can just sit back and enjoy being an owner.

I agree. People can say what they want about Garrett, but let's not forget that he was the one that decided to call a play with 4 seconds left in the half while being down 3-0, instead of taking the knee and it resulting in a turnover TD. Where is the genius in that?

He's the one that out thinks himself in his attempt at trying to be unpredicatable as opposed to effective. Case in point. Garrett likes to pass in the red zone enar the goal line. Fine. That play against the Titans on 3rd down, when he did that toss scree to Felix, that was blown up... why didn't he call a bubble screen to Austin instead? We've scored on that play before from that same area, and Miles had just had a big gain on that play prevuiously in the game.

Shit like that is what gets me.

Gimme the HC and OC that want to just run the ball down their throats and setup the play action pass.

Gimme the HC AND DC that want to play balls out defense, actually TRUST their players and get their players pumped up enough to go out and hit some fuckers from the opposing team.

Oh yeah, and possibly a fucking player on dfense that can actually MAKE A GAME CHANGING PLAY.

I also wait to see if there will be a flag or not after the Cowboys score a touchdown. When the Cowboys score a touchdown I am like "That is awesome. Now I hope there is no flag".
