Moss to the Titans, eh? Interesting.

I have to say . . . the only teams I have a rooting interest in anymore would be the Colts, and I guess Tennessee - which kinda sucks since they're in the same division.

I really just want to see Peyton win another ring. But I could root for the Titans and Jeff Fisher.

I'm not sure if Moss helps. He's not a receiver that rises to the occassion, and he's only a good soldier if involved early or if things are going well.

Not a bad spot for Moss with the Titans being competitive and with a head coach that I think manages personalities pretty well.

But they don't really have a QB who can get him the ball. He's going to get frustrated with Young's inaccuracy and Collins' lack of arm strength.

I wouldn't have been against it.

I wouldn't mind having him in.Would have made great message board fodder,if nothing else.

I didn't know you guys back then, but was in a chat room with a bunch of the regs from AOHell on draft day '05.Jeez,the way some of those guys hollered when we picked Ware, you'd have thought we took some kid from a community college dorm league.Haven't heard much about it lately, though.

As for Moss, there's a lot of chatter about him taking Britt's place while Britt's sidelined.

I don't believe that.I think Fisher & co. are thinking a little longer term, like stretch run and playoffs.

The crowd I was with knew how good Ware was. But about half were more for Merriman. I leaned Merriman because of how nasty and physical he was. Which obviously has now been exposed as a chemical thing.

But Ware was always on our radar. The guy is the most athletic pass rusher I've ever seen. He's just too nice to ever dominate like his skills should.

Granted, Jeff Fisher is one of the few coaches that can contain the dumpster fire that is Moss. The problem I see is that the Titans pass, what, 15-18 times a game? I'll be very surprised if Moss gets the ball enough to be content under that offense.

There were 6 or 7 of us that were telling everyone to calm down,Ware was fine, plus we still had the Bills pick.(meh)

Still gives me a chuckle in retrospect.
