Brian Cushing or Connor Barwin is all I can think of.

Cushing already starts at one ILB spot. Barwin and Read were the two OLB's after Williams got hurt.

Supposedly he had a medicore year from them, and Wade didnt think he was a good fit for their 3-4. He also has a severe injury from 2010 I think (achilles I believe)

Looks like they are drafting his replacement then, unless Mister Alexander is his replacement.

Might not be a shock if they looked at Keith Brooking or Bradie James as a stopgap, although Wade is a bigger fan of Brooking.

They went to a 3-4 and moved Cushing and Ryans inside...Williams and Barwin outside and drafted Reed to play outside.

I just checked their roster, they really don't seem to have a solid back-up for him.

I read a rumor about this some where recently, but I can't find it now. It basically implied that Ryans was only a 1-2 down LB and Phillips didn't think he was a great fit for the 3-4.

Yeah it was posted in several stories about the trade.

Good acquisition by them. Hopefully the mid rounder is closer to a 3rd than it is a 5th or 6th.

Dunno WTF Houston is thinking. I thought he started slow but got better as the year went on. I don't even think they have a young replacement in house.

Maybe this'll be like Ernie Sims where he doesn't have much left.
