Bio: Bio goes here.

40-yard dash: 4.74
Arm length: 31 inches
Hand size: 9 7/8 inches
225-pound bench press reps: 18

Vertical jump: 35 1/2 inches

Broaddus Breakdown (viewed LSU, Georgia, Florida State games): Has marginal size and poor timed speed but has the toughness to play strong safety in the league, and that is what he is going to have to do. ... Plays much quicker and faster than his 40 time would indicate. ... Reacts quickly and is not afraid to stick his nose in the action. Throws his body around and is physical as a tackler. If he has a problem as a tackler, it's that he doesn't always wrap up to bring the ball carrier down. ... Like the way he plays with a chip on his shoulder and is fiesty. Can bring a punch when he hits you. Ball carriers dont run over him. Has awareness and a nose for the ball. If he has a path to the ball carrier, he will bring the wood. Is always trying to get in the pile. ... Will read the run then break forward, working through cracks and seams to make tackles. Will need to learn how to play with his hands better to shed blockers in the running game, but he has a feel for how to fill the gaps. ... Was used as a blitzer in the Georgia game, getting a sack and causing a fumble. ... His lack of height hurts him in the passing game. He has the quickness to stay in position down the field and with the receiver, but the lack of height hurts him on balls in the air. At the next level, he will struggle in coverage in certain schemes that he has to carry a tight end down the field because of his lack of height. ... Thought he saw the field well and was able to react whether it was a run or pass. Really respect the way he carries himself on the field and how physical he plays, but teams will downgrade him because of the height. ... His contribution to a squad will be as a core special teamer and a dime safety. My old boss with the Packers Ron Wolf use to say about short defensive backs, "They had better walk on water if you are going to bring them here." Black is a solid player but he doesn't walk on water.
