I don't think he's great, but I do think he isn't hopeless like some let on either.

His numbers have improved by leaps and bounds each year in the league, and he hasn't exactly been surrounded by a ton of talent on the offensive side. I also think that HC is about as mediocre as it gets, as was the loser OC they had that got canned.
