In their attempt to catch the Dallas Cowboys in the NFC East, the Philadelphia Eagles changed more than personnel. They also made a staff change.
Coach Andy Reid decided the Eagles had to get stronger. To do that, he elevated Barry Rubin to the lead strength-and-conditioning coach and told him to do what Juraszek has done for the Cowboys.
``To be honest with you, coaches, I guess, felt like some of the games we lost, we got outphysicaled," wideout Jeremy Maclin told the Philadelphia Daily News. ``We weren't going to do that this year. That's one of the things we wanted to focus on, and I think we definitely hit that.''
