IRVING, Texas – Bears quarterback Jay Cutler’s 372 passing yards in Week 1 jump off the page. But another stat might be a better indicator of what’s to come Sunday at Cowboys Stadium.

The Lions sacked Cutler four times in the season opener. It’d be a surprise if the Cowboys don’t at least match that total.

“Any offensive coordinator needs to worry about protection because we've got a lot of guys coming -- me, Bradie James, Keith Brooking, Anthony Spencer,” Ware said. “That's what we do. We're a really good pass-rush team. We're going to be coming.”

Kind of putting words in Ware's mouth. Ware seems to be speaking in general terms. Archer makes it sound as though Ware is targeting Cutler specifically.

If I were the McMahans editor . . . I'd change that title. Question is, would Archer threaten to leave?

We have a giant soft spot between the rushing linebackers and safeties playing 30 yards deep. We also suck at covering the flats. Jay Cutler could murder us if he keeps his head on straight.
