Disturbing news on the draft front

DallasEast over at CowboysZone has a signature with a list of the most accurate draft prognosticators and who they have us taking in the 1st round round at the moment:

Mark Barron
Dre Kirkpatrick

The #'s 3, 4, 5 and 6 (Mel Kiper, Al Fronczack, Robby Esch, Scott Wright) ranked guys have those two as our picks.

The #8 and 9 guys (Ryan McCrystal, Dan Kadar) have David DeCastro and Janoris Jenkins, respectively.

#'s 1, 2 and 7 haven't listed anyone yet.

Kiper had us taking Amukamara for most of the offseaosn, then he changed it up to J.J. Watt. It wasn't until a week before the draft he changed it for final to SMith, but by then, everybody knew we were taking Smith.

Predictions made before free agency need to be taken with a grain of salt. A lot changes over a couple of months.

DeCastro, Konz, or the best DL available is the common sense move. Forcing a free safety in the 1st round from a draft that doesn't have one would be stupid, even for Jerry Jones.

Give me DeCastro, Cox or Poe. I'll take Konz if those other three aren't available.

Someone has to slide though, having said this one of those prospects will be there.

Its almost 6 weeks till the draft. I dont know why anyone would be worried about what some people would be saying we're gonna draft.

Most likely they havent even put their entire draft board together yet.
