DFW TV Channel Rescan Day is Friday, June 21st, 2019

Seven TV stations that serve DFW will be moving to different frequencies sometime on Friday June 21st, 2019. After you do your channel rescan, you'll still see the channels displayed with their known channel number.

For example, KTXA will still show up as Channel 21 after you do the rescan.
KAZD (Dallas-Ft. Worth, TX)
KDTX-TV (Dallas-Ft. Worth, TX)
KSTR-DT (Dallas-Ft. Worth, TX)
KTXA (Dallas-Ft. Worth, TX)
KTXD-TV (Dallas-Ft. Worth, TX)
KUVN-DT (Dallas-Ft. Worth, TX)
KXTX-TV (Dallas-Ft. Worth, TX)
(KDFI-CH 27 moved on June 18th.)

If you get your TV channels only by way of cable or satellite, then just ignore this notice...it only applies to those that watch by way of an antenna, hence "Over-The-Air" or OTA TV...

Not all of the stations got all of their bugs worked out. KDTX was off the air until yesterday. RE-scan often, at least once a week, or once a month. You never know what new sub-channels may appear.
