DeMarcus Ware talks about changes

IRVING -- There are changes going on at Valley Ranch from how coach Jason Garrett conducts himself and what he expects from the team to defensive coordinator Paul Pasqualoni's changes to the defense.
How these changes will effect things on Sunday afternoon in East Rutherford, N.J. vs. the New York Giants is uncertain.
"All I know is it's everybody's job to do the best they can do against the Giants," outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware. "Hopefully everybody responds well to what's going on."
Ware leads the team with eight sacks, 18 quarterback pressures and seven tackles for loss.
But everybody just talks about the 1-7 record and why the defense is struggling this season.
Overall, the Cowboys are ranked 17th on defense and 24th vs. the run.
Pasqualoni could make some subtle changes to the defense to improve it.
"I think the majority of it is the same," Ware said. "I mean, you don't want to go in and put 30 different plays in and having guys thinking when they're already thinking with what we have. There's always some little things that you can change, the way you feel like somebody is playing."
The biggest challenge it seems this week for the Cowboys is stopping the run.
Opponents have rushed for over 100 yards the last three weeks and five times this season. It's a major disappointment for the Cowboys because they went 19 games without allowing a 100 yard rusher until a Week 3 victory over the Houston Texans.
Now in come the Giants, with the third-best rushing attack in the league. Ahmad Bradshaw is third in the NFL with 765 rushing yards and leads the league with 10 carries of 20 or more yards. Also, New York is 6-0 this season when it outrushes it's opponent.
"They don't hardly make any mistakes," Ware said. "They got one downhill back with Brandon Jacobs, then they have one cutback, slash guy with [Bradshaw]. So you've got to be honest with both of those guys. It's like they've got a changeup each time they're in there."
