With 4:31 left in the fourth quarter, DeMarcus Ware suffered a neck stinger and did not return. After the game the All-Pro linebacker said he would be ready for the home opener against Chicago.
"I'm good," Ware said.
Ware suffered a serious neck injury last year vs. San Diego but he said this did not compare to that injury. He was replaced in the final series by Victor Butler.
"It's a stinger, a dinger, whatever you want to call it," said Ware, who had six tackles and a sack. "Everybody who plays football it's part of the job."
Ware said he did not expect to undergo further testing on Monday.
