IRVING, Texas -- Any worries about the possibility of DeMarcus Ware missing Sunday’s game against St. Louis should disappear with the outside linebacker practicing for the second straight day.

Ware, who suffered from back spasms last week at New England, did not practice Wednesday and was limited during Thursday’s practice.

Defensive end Jason Hatcher (calf), guard Derrick Dockery (knee) and running back Felix Jones (ankle) will not play against the Rams.

Coach Jason Garrett said a decision on the availability of kicker David Buehler has not been made. Buehler said Thursday he was improving he also said he was not 100 percent, which likely means Dan Bailey will handle the kickoff chores for the fourth straight game.

Garrett also said a decision on whether to activate rookie linebacker Bruce Carter off the non-football injury list has not been made. Carter began practice for the first time on Wednesday after spending training camp and the first six weeks of the season rehabbing from a knee injury.

Whew...I thought Ware might not of played this weekend. Would it be safe to hold him out until the Eagles game?

Thoughts?

Well that would be the best way to get him rested for a NFC east rival...

Give Victor Butler a whole game of experience...

IRVING, Texas – Outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware is officially listed as questionable but is expected to play Sunday against the Rams.

Ware had limited participation in the Cowboys' practices the last two days. He did not practice Wednesday due to back spasms that began bothering him in the second half of last week's loss to the Patriots.

Right guard Kyle Kosier (foot) and kickoff specialist David Buehler (groin) are also listed as questionable. Kosier hasn't missed a game despite a partially torn plantar fascia.

Running back Felix Jones (ankle), defensive end Jason Hatcher (calf) and guard Derrick Dockery (knee) are out against the Rams.Tags:2011 Cowboys-Rams, Demarcus Ware, David Buehler, Kyle Kosier
