Seems like everyone has some kind of Top 10 list going these days. This one is pretty interesting with some Cowboys ties as well.
But a national writer from CBS put together a list of 10 assistant coaches who will likely have a good chance to land a head-coaching job in the near future.
Among the candidates include Cowboys’ special teams coordinator Joe DeCamillis, who would have to make the rather rare jump from special teams coach to head coach. But it seems to be working well in Baltimore with John Harbaugh.
Also on the list is former Cowboys defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer, who has held the same positions in Cincinnati and Atlanta.
