Dark background in forum?

I have a dark blue background with a faint white characters when typing. It’s very difficult for me to see. Can this be changed or edited on my end.

I think if you click on your name and then go to preferences you can change it there.

Thanks for moving it. Someone had that ability as I’ve had several moved. I’m still learning my way around here. At least I can read the page now.
