Frisco Animal Services Officers had also warned people at Prescott's home twice in recent months that his dogs had gotten loose in his neighborhood.

I am wondering why the woman, in order to break up this fight between a fence, between her dog, and Dak's, simply didn't go into her backyard, and pull her dog away from the fence, and then call animal control to come and get Dak's dogs that were running loose.
