Seeing Aaron Rodgers play has become a yearly deal for the Cowboys.

Sunday's game at Lambeau Field marks the fourth straight year the Cowboys have had to play against Rodgers but the first time was by accident. In 2007 he relieved an injured Brett Favre at Texas Stadium and completed 18 of 26 passes for 218 yards and a touchdown. He also ran for 30 yards.

In three games, Rodgers has completed 65 of 101 passes for 697 yards and two touchdowns against the Cowboys. He's been sacked 12 times and has a 1-1 record as a starter.

"When he came in for Favre it was one of those deals where you knock out the quarterback, 'Wow, Favre's out,' and the other guy comes in and you could really see he could throw the ball," Wade Phillips said. "He's progressed each year he's been in there. We coached him in the Pro Bowl and I thought he was really talented. Once you're around him you see the great arm he has and the quick release, all those things you need. And he moves around well. He's a good scrambler. Not only a good scrambler but he's like Romo in that he can scramble and find the guy that's open and throw it to them. Those are the guys that hurt you. He's progressed into a top-notch quarterback."
