In a story we posted earlier today, we told you outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware received $6.8 million in deferred payments from a previous signing bonus and base salaries. Ware is not the only NFL player to receive deferred money.
With the NFL in a lockout, its interesting that teams still have to pay players money from previous seasons. The lockout, however, has prevented several Cowboys players from getting paid their workout, roster and option bonuses. We tell you who they are:
DeMarcus Ware: $500,000 workout bonus
Marion Barber: $500,000 workout bonus
Marc Colombo: $2.6 million option bonus
Jason Witten: $500,000 roster bonus
Igor Olshansky: $100,000 workout bonus
Bradie James: $500,000 roster bonus
Jon Kitna: $100,000 workout bonus
Keith Brooking: $100,000 workout bonus
Dez Bryant: $1 million roster bonus
Montrae Holland: $500,000 roster bonus
Sean Lee: $510,000 roster bonus
