The Cowboys owner, coaching staff, and scouts have "unanimously" agreed that Felix Jones needs to touch the ball more going forward.

"I really look for you to see a lot more of Felix Jones," owner Jerry Jones emphasized. The Cowboys attribute Jones' minor role in the first three games to "circumstance," but that's going to change. This is a move we have seen coming. The offense simply moves to slowly with Marion Barber in the game. Tashard Choice is worth a waiver addition as well since Jones hasn't shown the ability to shoulder the load.

If Jerry is saying this you know they will be loading up Jones.

Every time he makes comments like this we see it come to fruition in the very next game, good, bad or ugly it happens.

I bet he gets 15-20 touches, not to mention Jerry probably wants to look like he made the better decision by getting Jones instead of Johnson....

That's usually what happens, the Titans will get a heavy dose of Felix this weekend.

And hopefully that leads to a lot of play action.

It's a tragedy that it has taken as long as it has if in fact we're about to see an increased workload for this old looking MF'er.

I dont think this has anything to do with it at all. I think he may see the obvious, that when Jones is in there and getting the ball they tend to make more big plays, whether its via the run or the pass. He should be getting the ball more. He's just better than Barber at this stage.

Besides the fact the offensive line was not blocking well, and not paving open running lanes I don't understand why Felix Jones doesn't get the carries.

Yeah, there's Barber and Choice but we need to try and be committed to one back, running back by committee isn't the way to go at least not with three backs.
