Footballoutsiders.com lists their chances NFL teams can acquire the No. 1 overall pick and a Top-3 pick in the 2011 NFL Draft.
The Dallas Cowboys have zero shot at No. 1 overall, but still have a small chance at a top-3 pick.
The Cowboys are 4-9. Five teams are worse than them in the NFL. The question is should Dallas fans root for losses in the final three games to acquire a higher pick?
